Warrington Borough Council have today (15th April 2019) started consultation on our draft fourth Local Transport Plan (LTP4).
The draft LTP4 sets out our vision for Warrington to be a thriving, attractive and well-connected place with popular, high quality walking, cycling and public transport networks.
The draft Plan has been developed in two main parts…
Part A outlines our vision for transforming the way that we travel around Warrington. This includes an improved walking and cycling offer, proposals for a new mass transit network, proposals for demand management measures aimed at reducing car usage, and improving access to key locations.
Part B sets out our policies for both delivering this vision and carrying out our day to day transport and highways functions.
